Refund and Returns Policy

At DA Logistique LTD, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Before Delivery
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the container has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@logiisticuk.com to request a cancellation.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (large shipping containers), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return a container, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your container arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for inspection and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Used Containers
Used containers are sold in their described condition (Grade A, Grade B, or As Is). Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with the described grade are not grounds for return. Please refer to our grading guide for detailed descriptions of each condition grade.
6. Container Conversions
Custom container conversions are built to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing your order.
